Naples Municipal Airport (IATA: APF, ICAO: KAPF, FAA LID: APF) is a publicly operated airport located two miles northeast of the central business district of Naples, a city in Collier County, Florida. It is owned by the City of Naples Airport Authority. The airport provides space for general aviation use, as well as mosquito control flights.

The County is large and spread out, so most fly-in visitors find that a rental car is the best mode of transportation, especially to reach the Everglades and the more secluded beaches.

Since the 1920s, there has reportedly been airplanes flying to and from Naples and the surrounding community. The local golf courses and the beach were used as landing strips in those early days.

Today, the Naples Municipal Airport is a fully certificated air carrier airport. It is home to two air carriers, fire/rescue services, Mosquito Control, car rental agencies, flight schools, the Collier County Humane Society, and other aviation and non-aviation businesses. A staff of 51 oversees flight operations, finance, accounting, administrative, marketing & communications, engineering & planning, maintenance, and human resource functions.

What began as a military airfield has become one of the nation's most innovative small airports, travelers enjoy free wi-fi while waiting to board or after deplaning.. In 1999, the airport received the Federal Aviation Administration's highest award for safety when it was named the Southern Region's Air Carrier Safety Award recipient.
